DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

LIENGO IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders worldwide and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), European Union Copyright Directives, and Moroccan Intellectual and Industrial Property Laws (Law No. 17-97 & Law No. 34-05).

LIENGO IPTV operates as an interactive digital transmission platform and technical service facilitator. We do not host, store, broadcast, or encode copyrighted media on our own proprietary web servers. All media streams are accessed through remote third-party transmission protocols.

2. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent thereof, and believe in good faith that any content transmitted or indexed through our service infringes your copyrighted works, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, LIENGO IPTV will expeditiously investigate and disable access to the infringing stream or link within 24 to 72 business hours.

3. Required Notification Information

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA notice must include the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with specific URL, stream link, or playlist location.
• Contact information of the complaining party (Full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and valid email address).
• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If you believe your stream or link was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our agent meeting the statutory requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and international best practices, LIENGO IPTV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers or account holders who are found to be repeat infringers.
